Hello! My name is Yoel Lewi AP. I earned my bachelor's degree in 2008 in Software Engineering and my master's degree in 2016 in IT Infrastructure Management from Bina Nusantara University.
I have over 14 years of experience in information technology, starting as a Data Processing Officer, then advancing to first-level support in infrastructure and data center operations. Later, I served as a Subject Matter Expert (second-level support) in IT infrastructure monitoring, backup and recovery operations, and ITSM, before eventually managing IT Infrastructure governance teams.
These experiences have enabled me to effectively plan, manage, analyze, lead teams, and execute projects. I value contributing positively and giving my best in everything I do.
